I continue hearing people say you can get S rank weapons if you beat challenge mode in under 7 hours offline.. So yes or no.. Can you? and when I say S rank I do not mean that garbage Chameleon Scythe or Toy Hammer.. I am talking about S Rank Twin and stuff like that.. And if you can't get them offline then hell with c-mode..

No, you cannot earn true S-rank weapons from offline C-mode. You can only earn toy weapons (for fun and/or collecting).

S-rank Bu-Ei is the title you receive for completing the C-mode below the 7 hours.
So you can achieve an S-rank both offline and online.
Only the prizes for these Srank depend whether you play online or offline.
Like Vulpes mentioned, The Joke-weapons are the prizes given for achieving an Srank offline.
The S-rank weapons(12 stars) are the ones given online.
