i am looking for the red partisian i am lvl 108 bluefull HUcast what quest has the most crimson assassins in it thank you

Most likely either Addicting Food offline or Endless Nightmare 2 online.

Lost Ice Spinner has tons of them in Caves 1. If you don't find it, restart the quest at the warp to Caves 2.

but I didn't know BLUEFULL Crimson Assassin dropped RED PARTISAN, it is a very good weapon, good luck.
