is it possible to convert psodc game saves to psogc

nope. they are on two different consoles with two different types of save, not to mention they are teo different games (DC=ver1/2 GC=Ep1+2).

Not to mention stats are too different. Just start over a new character, because it'll become too messy and stuff to do something like that.
