Character question

I been struggling with this question for weeks. I have 9 charcters to attend to. But i like finding new and good rares in Ult. So what i want to ask all you people here at PSO world is: should i get one kick-@$$ character (he's Skyly), or should i get them him and the others to a certain level then go from there? He's 112 now and if yall choose my second option ill get him to 115 and stop, then my others up to Ult at least. Well, now its up to you.

Do what you want to do. I have 3 characters soon to be 4 in ult and thats all i need for the items I want to find.

Pick out an item you like. Then raise up the section ID best for that item.

I hunt one item till I get bored, then raise another character for another item. Aside from getting to level 101(to use the Guard Waves I've been collecting) or 80 to multiplayer Ult, leveling doesn't matter.
