Does anyone know where you can get this?
I don't mean the unreadable one lol. I mean this one:

I figured it out, but it's not PLAIN ol' TIMES NEW ROMAN. It's a we bit altered. Like the horzontal spaceing and vertical, and paragraph spacing, and the height of the font. But I got it now.

well... type Times new Roman in all capitals (or in other words... uppercase) and there you go..

seeing as this is the PC version, it definitely uses a font already on your system, i guess.

And, as rena-ko said, PSO for PC indeed uses fonts already installed on your system.

I was wondering: can you explain the purpose of all those weird units? ^_^
