ok, i beat him on normal, and when you do this red ring thing shoots outta him and lands on the ground...i searched everywhere for it and couldn't find it....is it an item i can have or was it just something else lol. It would be the Red Ring, but it isn't dropped, just think of it as a cinema scene, no chance of getting that item.

ah ok...i spent about 45 minutes looking everywhere on the ground for it lol

If you stand in just the right spot when you beat DF, it'll look like it landed on you, thus satisfying your need to "GET" the red ring.
