Invisible guards... strategy for finding?

Hello, looking at the drop charts, it seems that invisible guards just show up in normal mode from the dark gunners, but at a low frequency. I've never found one and would like to. Does anyone have a strategy for this that worked for them? For example, is there a quest (like forest of sorrow for hidelts) that provides lots of dark gunners? Or does one just have to play through the ruins over and over?
I don't suppose there's anything that drops the guards on a higher difficulty mode (normal is so boring... waah!)?

do they drop rares?! omg i have seen 2 so far...one in the ruins and another while doing the halloween quest but i ran away from them lol

They are hard to kill with weapons, but easy with techs.

Yeah - Freeze them and use your bat of choice.

Invisible guard are good for level 17-50ish, Twinkers paradise.

Don't forget the true power of the invisible guard... It can become the Safety Heart, which is possibly the best shield for female characters.

I haven't been able to check this, but on the older versions of PSO, the Dark Gunners and Death Gunners had two sepearate rare drops. On this version, it retains the same setup with the enemy rare drops table, but the Death Gunners don't have any set rare drops. So, if you want a rare drop from one, you'll most likely have to kill one while it's a Dark Gunner as opposed to killing it when it's a Death Gunner.
