GC: Offline Mag Cells

Just wondering if you can get mag cells offline?

I've always wanted a chao mag (since the DC days!) but have never ever found any cell, and my Gamecube is not online.

You have to be online to get the mag cells (halloween, christmas)

What was the comment on the rare enemy test? About Al Rappies dropping them?

If you really want a mag cell, you can try to ask a japanese player, they can get free mag cells, in a certain quest. I have got the japanese version, so i could get free mag cells...

The al rappy dropped the cells in PSO v1, i believe, not in the xbox or the cube version.

Naa, I'm pretty much all legit, I would rather find one myself if I got online, and if I found a non chao one, trade it (even if what I get is a dupe) cause in my opinion it would be as good as a trade.
