Boss rares!

Today for the first time on GC, I got a rare item from a boss, dear old Barba Ray (ult) dropped me a red box, and I just went http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_eek.gif then found out it was a hunter type wep (the sword symbol) and proceeded to go http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_eek.gif once again, turned out its a 2 saber weapon, Asuka I think it was, pretty damn tough (30% hit) weapon too, and my first enemy rare http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif!

On the DC I had a Parasite Wear:De rol and Dragon Slayer. Vol Opt became a mag once and found that pretty funny!

So has anyone else gotten anything nice from a boss any time lately?

It was probably a Stag Cultery as Asuka is not available from a boss

actually to tell you the truth... asuka does come from a boss, i dont remember what id but barba ray does drop asuka... me and a friend did it in ulty mode and he got it... so blah! lol

Took me about 12 runs (total) with Redria/Whitill in offline single and multiplayer games. It finally dropped on a Whitill game. Before I tried Barba Ray, I spent 13 levels trying to get a Redria Nano Dragon to drop it in Very Hard. It's a hard drop (for me at least), but it is worth it, especially for FOrces.

Rah, the Sil dragon is so hateful. My old Purplenum got nothing but L&K combats, and everything from Sil to Vol Opt 2.0 drops my Bluefull nothing but Gae Bolg. Seriously, now, every time I see a red box, I grab it, equip it, see the Gae Bolg, drop it, and run as far away as I possibly can.

EVERYTHING DROPS GAE BOLG FOR A BLUEFULL!!

2 guilty lights from vhard volt opt, and a yamoto from vhard dragon. thats it so far.

So far I have gotten Musashi from hard dragon, Yamato from V. hard dragon, Photon Launcher from Hard Vol Opt, and that's about it.. Been doing runs for double saber from Barba Ray but that is moving along kinda slow.. Think I will switch to very hard and work for a Stag Cutlery.. Also tried a few runs in caves hard for double saber from the nano dragons and no luck their either..

Is the guilty light any good? I have found one but dont have a ranger (got HUmar, HUnewearl and 2 FOnewearls).

i'm scared to play above vhard in episode 2 because i can't get far in ult ep 1 caves and i'm lvl 65 now 3 hits and i'm near death, lol

I'm currently doing Purplenum Ult VolOpt runs for a Ruby Bullet, no luck yet.

Also trying to get a Pinkal Ult DalRaLie to drop me a Holy Ray... again, no luck.

It really sucks having to go allllllllll the way through the level just to fight the boss. Especially when Canabins won't drop my Kasami Bracer, either.

Where'd you guys get the impression that he didn't yet know what it was? He stated what it was (Asuka), what boss dropped it (Barba Ray), and his section I.D. (Pinkal). Sure enough, Barba Ray drops Asuka for Pinkals!

i've got a few boss rares mushsi(hard dragon),yamato(vhard dragon) a guilty light from vol opt and the dragon's claw from sil dragon

Not bad, but sadley, most of the best rares come from normal or rare enemies. I wish I could find a yasha from the dragon, but oh well. I can dream cant I?

The Yamatos and Mahu were nice, but everything else was simply meh.

I saw some one post here erlier about the Gi gue. I got the item Gi Gue Body which I turned into the Gi Gue Bazooka.

Also Everyone... When you post the Boss Findings... Are you sure you have the right Sec. ID? Not all of them are the same.

Okay, this is going to be pretty difficult to remember, but I'll give it a shot.

Sil Dragon--Several Dragon's Claws, if I had to guess I would say 6. One Holy Ray. Every 9-star item he drops.

Dal Ra Lie--Every 9-star item he drops.

Volt Opt v.2--I lost track of the Ruby Bullets, but I would say 15. Also, a few Combats, a few Cross Scars, one Justy.

Dark Falz--Oh my goodness, nothing!

Barba Ray--12 Red Scorpio, lots of Combats, a Stag Cutlery.

Gol Dragon--One Maser Beam, one Asuka.

Gal Gryphon--His Wing, three times.

Olga Flow--Good golly, nothing again!
