simple question all i wanna know is whether or not i can get it offline since pal rappies dont appear in temple as it says so on the guides so i thought whether if its a online thing ...

Love Rappys are the rare form of rappys that are only found in Temple. Forest gets Pal, Temple gets Love. They are pink with long skinny ears.

far as i know no only season rappy (hallo,easter,etc)

The only things you get mag cells from are Hallo Rappys and St. Rappys which are only online in Temple during that time.(Halloween and Christmas) Easter Rappys drop eggs but they don't turn into mag cells, they turn into weapons.
