It's just a FO only saber that boosts your MST some. Nothing really special outside of that.

dammit the only two good ones are the dark bridge and psycho wand
and theres a problem
1.) no one knows where the hell the gene is
2.) i will never get the psycho wand cus im only lvl 36 and i aint going to lvl 200 like other people cus i cant get online!!! lol

It's a saber type weapon usable by Forces. It boosts your MST by 30 or so and your ATA by 40 points and its special steals TP. It was awesome on DC, because of its MST boost. but on GCN you don't get any technique boost. I guess it's a 10 stars weapon nice to see and nice to have in bank.
