King's Vulcans... where

ok i did have kings vulcan but i cant find it right now SO i was wonderin where is the best place to look for them with Oran.... is it forest or something like that?

Gal Gryhon likes dropping ???? Vulcans. This is on Ult of course.

A trot through Ult Ruins will give you most weapons dropping as ???, But your ID wil govern the frequency of the Vulcan itself.

Looking at this guide, it would seem Purplenum is your best chance. As you are Oran, I'd stick to the place you get the most ??? - Ruins.

i found my charges in ult forest with a bluefull. so whatever.

a nice charge arms and my ramarl killed ult vol opt and she's not even lvl 100
