in the seek my master quest talk to the tekker by your stash place when you got agito 1975 in your itenventory and he'll convert it

I think you have to beat all of the quests first before he will tekk your Agito. even then its only the 1975 edition.

Beating all quests first is not a requirement.
All you need is the Seek My Master quest, so you need
access to the ruins.
You also need to find an Agtio 1975, a weapon which is
relatively easy to find from Pinkal Pal Rappies in the Forest.
Just keep doing A Fake in Yellow runs.
