the special attack i mean...is there like a specific time limit i have to wait?cuz it dont work every time...

The HPun only works on .Beats that begin with an even number (000, 200, 400, 600, 800). Any other time, it just fires a hard attack. (You know, you should go read the guides)

The HPun's special is pretty much useless, except to keep enemies off balance and as a cheap way for a RA to land a hit on every enemy (for the experience when the HUs are killing everything too fast).

...it's also really handy for opening boxes.

Man Heaven Punisher is on my #1 Gun finding list.

1. Guld (and) Milla (to make guld milla)
2. Heaven Punisher
3. Spread Needle
4. Frozen Shooter (got that done http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif )
5. Dark Meteor (I know I can't get it!...yet)

Rangers don't need to tag anything unless they're low-level and weak, in which case they have no business even having the ATA to equip a Heaven Punisher. It's annoying and does ridiculous damage negate, I hate it.

Also, to whoever said that the Hunters would be taking experience from the Rangers, why don't you stop playing V2? I hear it's offline nowadays anyway, so perhaps you should move on to the GameCube version.

It's one thing if you actually contribute when you tage them, ala Rafoie. But punisher is either too crappy or too strong.

Well you see...not all of us have the regular income to afford a gamecube, muchless PSO ep 1&2 for it. I saved up for awhile just to get it for PC...and it still won't work online so w/e.
