Listing Characters

I have been re-listing my characters for over 30 minutes in my Profile. When i first joined in september i listed my characters and they listed the way i wanted them to. But now all of my characters are deciding to arrange themselves the way they want. I do not understand why the characters cant stay in the order i added them. This is very frustrating.

Can anyone tell me why they will not obey me.
