My friend (who is offline only, to end any future debate) was talking to me today, and said he had a mag cell. I answered with something similar to What the Heck!? And you're offline only, right?. Apparently, he was doing a quest (he has every normal quest beaten) in Ruins, with his Oran HUcast, when a Dimenian dropped a White Text box (IE: Non-rare) just labeled Mag Cell. No text anywhere else in the data. No use option.
^.- odd, no? Is it just an 'oops' moment or did he actually find an unrealeased item/mag cell? Apparently he still has it in his bank.

And it's no a mag. The only option was Drop.
