over 400, his grants does that if you have the basic 10 ELT. if u have like 50 or so, it only does about 275 or something like that

Roughly 380 health. The only problem I had with Falz on VH was his physical hit on his 3rd form. For his first two forms, stock up on cold resists. For his third form get some lightning resist and health units. Though 400 should be enough to survive one of his hits (Assuming you have full health).

Do you mean Light Resist (ELT)? Falz doesn't use a Lightning (Zonde) attack (as far as I know, fought his third form three times so far).

Falz final form just sucks, if you were to ask me. High Defense, and possibly a REALLY fast Resta, in order to keep your health up. Resist/Light might be a good addon, and just get prepared to be obliterated pretty freaking quickly...

Best to have a buddy with you, to Atomizer your unconcious butt...

best to have about 400 hp, find some hp units or level up until you can beat him.
