I apologize if this question has been asked previously, but curiosity has gotten the better of me.

Let's say that two people are having a one-on-one match. 40 minutes have passed and Person A is gaining the upper hand on Person B, who is on the verge of defeat. Person B refuses to taste defeat and disconnects. So who is the winner? And if someone does disconnect in mid-match, can they rejoin a game already under way?

Uh, thanks for anyone who responds.

If you disconnect COM take your place and you lose match so you lose exp.

Thanks for clearing that up http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif. But darn, being a dial-up user myself, I can only pray that I am not disconnected during a match, that would suck.

I dont like that if you disconnect you lose EXP...since sometimes its the ISP that d/c you, not you just quitting.

But in the same sense, I mean, alot of ppl would just DC cause they dont want to lose...

Hmmm, bummer. I guess Sega did the best they could.

And I think a battle cant long 40 minutes??¿ The hp and turn times are limited. I think both players should be pacifists to make such a long game.
