Um, I just started playing this now and i'm wondering how to get more weapons than the ones I have. I beat Weapon Master. That can't be all the weapons, themes, costumes, etc.. Do I have to do the extras or arcade? Anybody know? (btw, my best character is Kilik)

Did you beat all of Weapon Master, including the extra missions? If so, you should have every character's weapon, including the "silly" ones...

You should check out the FAQs at GameFAQS.

Edit: Oh if you need the more gold to buy stuff, do that mission where you fight Cassandra, Yunsung, Raphael, and Mitsurugi where every hit gets you gold over and over again. I'm guessing you haven't beaten the extra missions yet, so use Link with the cane of Byrna, and keep soul charging to regain your health. Or Yunsung with Ramdao.

The extra's aren't that hard, use ring-outs; they are your best friend. Use Link, and on stages where ring-outs are possible, lure the opponent to the edge with your back to the edge, and do the basic
A + G Grab from the front (the one where Link grabs the opponent's elbow and slashes the back) and presto

I only just realised you can change the voice to japenese, Holy poo that sounds better! Dont have Lizardman yet (theres 2 levels I havn't beaten both times on WM so its close!)

Heres a question, how (or can) do you find the info on the ? weps, the ones that say weild it to discover its power, or if you use it something special may happen, only had the game for a week so yeah, havn't figured that out yet.

Yeah, you can buy them in the same town that you get lizardman in...but you have to be lv 73ish to attain that.

does anyone really need info on kilik? From a distance, you masacre them, close up, use his counters to get to a distance.

My personal tip is to master gaurd attacking

You probably know this but you can beat Weapon Master mode more than once. If you do this you can gain access some other weapons. By the way does anyone know if there are extra costumes for Link?

Yes, blue and pink(redish) for the sake of bringing back a little nostalgia. The classic Zelda game when Link acquired the blue and red ring his clothes would change clothes also according to the ring he would wear. But I am sure all you guyz knew that allready.

Cheapest way to get all the items though is to just not buy anything until you have beaten every mission so you don't buy what they give you for free.. I on the other hand bought what I wanted when I wanted which is probably what most people do..

if you want to get really good just pick out your hardest levels in weapon master and do each of them 10 times.

You gain levels, get money, and become better.

For Money, do the second Extra Mission in Algol. You can get a good 30+ grand from there (Link's a pain though). That's how I got all the Ultimate weapons and costumes.

I have Kilik and Nightmare's funny weapons (row, row, row your boat, into someone's head!), and everyone's Soul Edges and (as stated) Ult weps.
