maxing out a character at 200 with units equipped

Erm, if you're talking about the max-stat cheat, don't post it here...unless you WANT to be banned.

Also, I believe there are guides on PSOWorld with the max-stats for all characters listed...

if you have a way to legit max stat these characters then by all means add to the data on psow!howevere make sure they are ALTERNATE versions of the ones posted on the site
