The Elnoa Mag is not availiable nor existant in V3(EpI&II),if that's your question. I forget how to get it in V1/2 though.

Elenor does have it, actually. But you have to meet certain requirements before you can get the ending to Soul of Steel where she'll be sporting her ultra-pink MAG.

First of all, you must complete the Sue subplot (tell her your name) by following the guidelines here...

After you've met the Sue subplot requirements, you can now play Soul of Steel and Elenor will eventually have the MAG at the end. In order to make sure she does, you have to completely evolve the MAG she asked you to carry. If I recall correctly, there are three evolution points on the first floor.

The first one is right after you sneak by the front guard. Look at the computer in the room after where he was standing and the MAG will evolve.

The second evolution occurs right after you feel a tremor. Turn around and go south and you'll see Doc and Elenor standing on a platform. Approach them and they'll talk. After they're done talking the MAG will evolve.

The third one is right after the battle with Works. If you walk into the room right before the teleporter to the Ruins a cutscene with Doc, Elenor, and Sue will occur (if it doesn't you either missed an evolution or didn't complete the Sue subplot requirements). After this cutscene the MAG will evolve.

Now all you have to do is complete all the requirements in the Ruins. At the end Elenor will have her MAG.
