Proto Regen Shield [Archive]

I just found this shield from a gilchic on vhard mines called the proto regen something, it says it regenerates hp but its not working. its weak but i have a feeling that u can unlock it or something.

I do. It has a very important function!

When your bank and character are full of money, the proto regen gear is like 10 Mesetta in reserve, just waiting till you need the cash to sell it!

Well i was thinking maybe u can merge it or unlock it with something but if not, man its a peice of crap

It can't be merged. The Proto Regen Gear is as-is. However, you can also separately find the semi-working version, the Regenerate Gear, and the fully-functional version, the Regene Gear Adv.
