GC: --->GAMECUBE online problem

I just baught PSO for the Gamecube and I went to buy the parts to play it online. I was told they cancled it because of problems. If i find one somewhere is it still gonna work or did they shut down the server?
By the sounds of other people on this forum. If you have the game, have the online pieces, and have baught online "time" you still can't play it online because they also shutdown the server.
Is this right???
Can anybody confirm???

you are talking about the dreamcast version, which has NOTHING to do with the GC servers or xbox servers or PC servers.

youve been told a load of bollocks.

if your trying to get online, you need to find the right adaptor ( modem or BBA) and there not exactly easy to find, your best bet would be either Ebay or nintendos online store.

Also try Target and WalMart. I have seen both the BBA and the Modem at both places recently.
