XBOX PSO Hunter's licence problem!

I just bought the XBOX version of PSO Episodes 1&2 and I'm having problems purchasing the hunters licence.

When I try to purchase it this happens:
(NO. 406)
Cannot continue due to an unexpected error.

I'm 100% sure that my Live works and I have done everything right. I have also played PSO on gamecube without having any problems.

So I would like to know what is the problem?


Can I purchase the hunters licence using my pc?

Have you got premium purchases enabled in your X box live account?
you can do this via the dashboard, its under billing ( i think)

Yes I have.

Everything else is working except this. I wonder why?

have you tried X box lives support services?
the only other thing i could think of is your age, or the age you put into the X box when you first signed up for live, if its under a certain age, then you may not be able to do some things.
give th4e X box live support site a call, and describe your problem, the number can be found on the x box live website.
