ok...a long time ago, say 4 weeks, i got both sets of data for paganini and i was able to add percents to my weps. so... some time passes and now i wanna do it again, but the game wont let me talk to paganini. in all three quests (gallons shop and east/west tower) i talk to the fat little Fo, but he doesnt let me see paganini. he either says "my dad is working on a really big project" or he says "if you find that thing i lost let me know." that's it, i cannot get to paganini. i can't get the data and i can't get my weps upgraded. wtf is goin on here?? ive already tried searching for that shiny thing in gallons shop again, but it's nowhere to be found. i even searched the lost and found in Pioneer warehouse and nothing. wtf wtf wtf wtf
