Quest: Soul of Steel/Mag Cell

Why Does Elenor give you a MAG Cell in the Soul of Steel quest? How do you raise it(If that is what it's for)? Could it have something to do with my Rati?

The mag cell is merely a story related item. If you do certain things during the quest, it'll move. This moving this has to do with the Sue/Bernie Subplots.

If you do the Sue subplot correctly and get the cell to move three times, you'll unlock the extra scenes that are available during the Soul of Steel quest.

The mag cell turns into a mag, the "Elnoa". Otherwise known as "Elenor". It can't be obtained through legitimate methods, sadly.

You get the "real" ending to the quest if you have completed said subplot correctly. Or, rather, the best ending.

There's a handy little feature called "Edit Post" that you can use to eliminate having to type a new message.

when you do the sue route ( sue subplot - you need to tell her your name )

movement 1 - as soon as you break in to the base there is a big computer check it and there should be a cutscene.

movement 2 - as soon as there has been an earthquake when traveling into the next room turn left and there is montague talking to elenor.

movement 3 - after defeating the guards before the ruins when you goto the warp pipe to the ruins sue appears and talks to montague ( only appears when sue subplot has been taken )

also when you get to the end refuse to go back
and you get the replay option you goto forest and talk to elenor
