What if the reason why the current patching system for the GC version of PSO Episode I&II is broken isbecause of sega's SNAP server system.

I'm not sure about this but if Barubay can confirm this for me, then I'll thank him for advance.

GC patches don't work. there's supposedly over twenty ways to dupe, so i'm not gonna hold my breath about the patches.

and also, unless ST does away with hex coding, there will still be hacked items. sad, but true IMO
