Its supposed to be controlled by useing the gameboy advanced though, so have fun with the small buttons... and plus your character shows up as a little colored dot on the screen, accompanied by several different diagnostics, suchas monster's health, items, your health, magic, and many other things...

Overall, goot game... theres supposed to be added things, but i don't know about them.

if the game ends up feeling like gauntlet, i will disown it. I dont think it will happen, as Gauntlet's biggest problems were its dull graphics (you can only take it so long) and lack of storyline.

First... look at the graphics... their beautiful... it makes me just want to hug my gamecube because i know that those graphics can be supported by my small black machine. Second... the storyline is supposed to be really cool, and has alot to do with chrystal hunting.

I cant wait to buy it, but I don't know when it's coming out. (I love mentioning it to my ps2 owning freind he always says it looks stupid because he's jelouse).

I noticed somthing that may suggest some story line.
On a GC preview booklet I picked up at my local Game Stop. I looked at crystal cronicals and... On the front it has the heros and or villians in a little thing for like the thing they'd put on the game cover. Every thing on there has a twin. The two kids and the two people with huge purple hair. The two little flying things and two things with metal things on their face.

I'm just wondering if this rings any bells for ne1...

There is no main character. There are 4 races, with a male and female of each. Thats why there appears to be two of each. Its a bit like PSO in that respect, in that you choose your character from the 8 available ones.

Reminds me of Legend of Mana, for some reason...

Does anyone know who the character designer is by any chance?

The Moogles looks absolutely frigging cute in Chronicles.

I'm actually really excited about the multi-player aspect. No split screen is a welcome sight and the various personal missions that each member will have is an interesting feature. Co-op and self-interest, all in one bundle.

I'm somewhat worried about enemy strength and difficulty, though. Are they designed for the mutli-player aspect (and so therefore a bitch in single mode) or are there modes with varying monster stats? I've not seen anything that addresses this, so maybe I'm just making up concerns. *shrugs* But I figured I'd ask.

The game is suppost to be closer to Mana than Final Fantasy, actually. While I have never played Mana, I know that there are Mana Trees. Mana Trees are in FF: CC.

Anyways, I was looking on my new demo that I got with Mario Kart: Double Dash!! and if you think the pictures look good, wait until you see it in motion.

After the item filching of Gauntlet, and PSO, i am looking forward to the necessary team work aspect. It stands to reason that some will find a way to be greedy (other than the personal bonus [yes i have been looking into this]) but it will not be nearly as bad as other games... i just really wish that my GBA wasnt such a piece of shite.

There have been rumors flying
around the net that they will
be releasing a Kingdom Hearts
for the GC, and you can decide

i'd have to be Kingdom hearts 2, because in one you could only be sora, and one is also kinda getting old now... two is supposed to be comeing out sometime soon, maby early next year...

Damn...are you speaking in Haiku or something? And about FF:CC...The art looks...strange. Maybe I just can't appreciate good art, but if it doesn't have a hot male main character, then I'm not as interested.

Erm... I just read that kingdom hearts2 will be for who knows what, but theresgoingto be an GBA game thatis the prequel to it released just before. (Prequel to 2, after 1) Oh and if you hear something about Final Mix, don'tbuy it, because its the exact same game that cameout in the US, its only out because japan got kingdom hearts without the extra Utada Hikaru songs and un-needed special features.
