i changed my isp due to moving from japan to the usa, i had many characters that i had created while on my old isp, will i be able to use those same characters online with my new isp? its glad to play pso again i took a long break from it now im back!!!

So long as you can load up your old memory cards, you should be fine. You may have to change your network information so you can get on with an alternate provider, but I don't see that you should be having any problems here. The game doesn't really care about who your provider is. If you're dial-up, just make sure that you change the phone number, username and password that you use to connect. From there, you should be all good.
