Well, despite looking cool and whatnot, the Partisan of Ligtning isn't really that great. Since you have a Skyly character, pipe for Pouilly (Red) slimes in Ult Caves. They drop the Demolition Comet, a mighty TwinSaber type weapon. Even unground, it's WAY better that a FULLY ground Partisan of Lightning. But, perhaps you could find it and trade it to someone for something more useful? Just a suggestion.
