-HELP- How do i unlock difficulties??? -HELP-

i just saw there are different things to do in hard very hard and ultimate but it only will let me choose normal and hard...
1.)How do i unlock the rest???
2.)Does having it on a harder diff. give you better chances to find better items???

1. Beat each difficulty offline, to have access to those difficulties offline. To have access to them online, you need only be level 20 for Hard, 40 for Very Hard, and 80 for Ultimate.

holy crap! lol i didn't know changing from "normal" to "hard" would make such a difference! The enemies in forest 1 have like 10 times the normal health! And i am picking up like about 40 meseta each crystal. AND i just got a "SPECIAL WEAPON" item!!! VERY good for catching up in EXP also... lol

Sounds like your kinda new to the game so I'll tell you what to do. Take that SPECIAL WEAPON to the tekker(guy in the shop room behind the far left counter) and talk to him and for 100 meseta he'll turn it into an actual weapon for you. LOL you think 40 mesta per cyrstal is good in ult you get around 200 per cyrstal

40 meseta for the forest area???!?!?!!? YES that is good! I was getting around 100 for killing enemies in the ruins! forest was a long time ago.

Oh... btw... when you get online, since you were told that lvl 20 unlocks Hard, 40 Very Hard, 80 Ultimate, just make sure that offline you have cleared the stages on each difficulty too.

Some of my friends get to lvl 40something and then complain to me why they have to start from the forest always when they play online.
Just play offline first to open each area and then you'll get access to areas other than Forest when you make an online game. Same goes with EP2 areas.

Hard Forest? I remember going there for first time, I thought it was easier than Normal Ruins because of the enemies and I knew the patterns of the monsters, I think Forest is the most enjoyable area. Because you always know where to go and it's a short map.
