1. what is better a modem adapter or a brodband adapter?

2. where can I get a adapter at?

Its not a question of which is better. Its a question of what type of service you have. If you are using dialup then you will need the Modem, if you have some type of broadband connection ie. Cable, various types of DSL, T1 etc. then you will need the Broadband adapter. BTW the BBA is not a modem, as I've stated before, it merely acts as a nic for your GC.

??? I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. Are you wanting like a tech support number for Comcast? If so, you can reach them at 1-888-909-4357

Heh, check the other thread, I posted what I think is a resolution to your problem (namely calling Comcast and having them add your BBA's mac address so that their DCHP server can assign it an IP.)
