PC-Item: Heart of Poumn

Of course it's going to be for my HUnewearl, but I'm wondering where to look on PC? it says it's for PC and GC, but only gives a location listing for GC in the Item database...

I believe you can only get it in the quest "Rappy's holiday" on PC vers 2

that's online only isn't it? well I can't get online for some reason...says my ISP settings are screwy, and I just don't wanna mess with it/ don't mind being offline only

You dont have the legal version Im betting. Does not matter,both PC Online Servers (Trial hack and Official Japanese) are Down for PC EP 1&2 Testing.
You probably should use Gat's Item mod if you truly want one,as its the only way you can get one now.
