How are you able to load a picture from PSO to your computer?

The answer depends on the version of PSO you're using. If you're using the Dreamcast version, you can send the snapshot as a file attachment in an e-mail to a certain site (which I don't know the address to, someone else might), if you're using the GameCube version, you'll need either a memory card that can be hooked up to your computer or a Capture Car in your PC (you can use a capture card to take screenshots of any version of PSO if you have it hooked up to one).
