Mods banned members can get back into PSOW...

Ok Mods and Members! This is a weird situation. I am Reece, you know banned for hacking a website? I lied I was a mod there. I relised it had codes in it big mistake. So I deserved to be banned. But I wanna know why I can access this site? I know i am gonna be banned again but i am here to tell you mods you might wanna check your banning thing. Because I bet some stupid banned member will try to seek their so called "Revenge"! lol ok It is nice to be back here but I am sure it won't last much longer. Ok mods I hope you figure this thing out.

Your username was banned, the next step bans your IP, and further until your ISP subnet is banned, and if persistance is still an issue, your ISP is called and told that you are harassing a website(which goes against Terms of Service Agreement that you "sign" when you agree to use an ISP).

Obviously if you're on a different computer with a different ISP you'd be able to access the site, duh.
