Heavon Punisher

Has anyone accually ever found a Heavon Punisher? And if so...how did you find it (what enemie / ID).

Ive been looking forever to get one. It seems like the best way to get one is to pipe for a Hildetor with Blueful ID but so Far I have only found 3 and drop rate is 1/200 I think.

Also I heard someone say "I had a Heavon Punisher Scare Today. I would have got it but some noob killed a ZOL gibbon at the same time". Dose this mean that you get rares at specific beats? And if so how do you figure them out?

...i gotta Hpunisher from a bluefull game. i traded it off for a few rares that i've been looking for. but yes, a GODLY weapon on the even numbers *good flashbacks*

so im guessing it was a hildetor?

Hildetorr would be easiest to get it from.

yes, it was during a TTF run, out of al the times i've done it, that was the only time i got a rare, let alone a rare enemy.
