Mat usage question

The guides here say that a Fonewearl can use 150 mats max and 125 hp/tp mats. What does that mean?
-up to 125 hp and tp mats and 150 - (# of hp and tp mats used) other ones
-up to 125 hp mats and 125 tp mats, no more then 150 total, and 150 - (# of hp and tp mats used) other ones
-up to 125 hp and tp mats and 150 other ones
-up to 125 hp mats and 125 tp mats and 150 other ones
also I have never seen a tp mat are they only in V1 and V2

Basicly, FOnewearls can use a max of 150 stat mats, 125 HP mats, and 125 TP mats. TP mats can be found in certain quests and in C-Mode.

Also note that human characters (HUmar, RAmar, RAmarl, FOmar, FOmarl) can use 250 stat materials (stat materials meaning any materials except for HP/TP)
