Skyly - Ult Forest - Pal Rappy

I've never seen a Pal Rappy in my life http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif I accidentaly did fake in yellow so I can't really pipe as good as I could for one in the quest. I wanted to know if
1. If it's worth getting
2. Chances of him droping it

I do have a RAmarl, I know it's for female rangers only, and I have Frozen Shooter as my primary gun.

Well, Angel Harp would be best for a FOmarl...but since you already have Frozen Shooter, you don't need to find an Angel Harp. Stil, if you want it just becuase...find a quest with a couple rappies, and pipe those. You don't need a room filled with rappies to find it...does help though. O.o
