I found this thing last night. Has anyone else seen this item? The description on it is kinda odd...

Yeah, I have found one too. It's not actually that great though, but I think if you have Custom Frame and Custom Gun then it increases the power of everything.

I found it in VHard Forest.

Thanks for the info guys, I didn't realize that there were other CUSTOM items to complement it.
