There are the S-Parts ver1.16 that can be found in normal mode. Also the S-Parts ver2.01 can ONLY be found on normal mode.

The S-Parts 2.01 gives 15 to ATA for Androids, and thats outside the ()s, so you can go over the max with it.

I'd say Invisible Guard is about as good as normal gets.
Very difficult to get one to drop though... could take some time.

Whoops, misread it. But as said above, the Delsaber Right arm is availible to most IDs, which makes a useful weapon that some use until Ultimate Forest.

Just yesterday I was playing Skyly Normal Ruins and a Dark Gunner dropped a PD. >_< That's got to be the worst PD I've ever found.

But anyway, Normal has a few good things.
Some people mentioned S-Parts v2.01. Good for high level android hunters for the 15 ATA it gives which does not add to your base ATA.
Invisible Guard can only be found in Normal. You use it to make that heart shield.
Both of those things could be considered uber rares.
Normal is where you find most of the Tech Amplifiers in boxes and such.
Also I noticed Viridia Chaos Sorcerer in the Ruins likes to drop Mind Mats.

For offliners you can quickly make a Redria character and pipe Nar Lilies in the temple for AddSlots.

Or use them to do Unsealed Door runs. I am looking for the S-Parts, and have recieved about 4-6 AddSlots from Mine 1 boxes within about 12 runs.

i found 2 slicer of assassin's in forest of sorrow, in the same room! you can also get enemy parts, which is about as good as it gets.
