you have the url to the image as http://www.pso-world.com/reditemabc_gif Replace the Underscore with a period... so use this
http://www.pso-world.com/reditemabc.gif

Oh, and I doubt that file is located on the PSOW servers.. you will have to upload your pic to some webspace then link to it.
