Rate of drops per section ID?

How can you tell the drop percent of a rare item for a section id?

I've been looking for the guard wave forever now and i've been through almost 600 pofuilly slime and nothing. By the way i'm WHITILL.

each section id has the same chance for a drop, it just depeneds on the rarity of the item, rarity of the monster, and of course your own personal luck.

Actually that's not true.

Guard wave is a more common rare in REDRIA than it is in WHITILL.
