Here's a question...
Do the specials on the offline S-Ranks hit more often than the elements that can be found on your usual tekked weapons?
For example, Frozen Shooter has a much higher chance of freezing than a Blizzard gun.
I was wondering about Samba Maracas in particular. Does the confusion work more often than on a regular weapon, or is it just something that looks funny and adds 10 ATP?
