Short cut menu? [Archive]

what is it? From what i gathered from a previous post all i can come up with is it has something to do with a keyboard...maybe? Plz fill me in or post a link that explains it ...thnks

The shortcut menu is where you push R then Y and a little menu comes up so you don't have to push start. I think. It has a tech, weapons, and recovery item menus that you can change between with R. Yeah.
