Can you download quests for NGC PSO1&2? I've tried for a long time and can't figure it out!

There are no currently availible downloadable quests for the GC (for unknown reasons).

The XBox has the Central Dome Fire Swirl, but thats all thats availible.

i was told that there weren't any download quests for gcn because of pso plus coming out?
