OK heres the deal, I want to get online for christmas what i want to do is get what ever i need to go online using a sympatico dial up connection and a phone line.

Unless you want to use ICS, just get the modem. Run the phone line from the wall to your GC and go into your network settings and put in your info (username, password, access number.)

thats if i want to use the 54K modem right.
