Why is it that the Delbiter in Vhard doesn't want to give this item up? I made about 20 seabed runs so far with m,y pinkal and nada. I know it has a 1/80 drop rate, but come on. I have wanted one of these since v2. I am playing pinkal. My friend's viridia is having a similar problem too, same item, same enemy, different ammount of runs.

Personally, I haven't had any problems. I did 5 East Tower runs (3 Delbiters per run) and ended up with 2 of them. I don't really know what to say, other than keep at it.

Well I didn't have that problem (I think it was luck but when I went through VHard EP2 with my Pinkal RAmar my first time I got a Madams Unbrella, Spirit Garmet, and a Plantan Leaf but hey just keep at it will eventually show up!
