Is there an easier way to get a shifta 16-20?

I have been making repeated cave runs, and have come across resta, deband, zalure, and jellen 20, but no shifta at all. I have gained 6 levels and still no shifta for my ramarl. Is there an easier way than repeated cave runs?

i found shifta 20 AND 30 both in the same room of Ruins 1 last night with my fonewearl while hunting for spread needle... hooray http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

Hehe, I found a spread needle with 0/0/0/30/35 in the same room as a megid 27 with my greenlil fonewearl in ult ruins 3 http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif.

I have Resta Level 30, but I'm not gonna use it. Why? Because my current resta heals more health than I'll have in a long time, and Level 30 costs way too much TP for me to heal every ti I get decked.

btw you can find Lv20 techs anywhere, don't stay in caves !

You need NO shifta =)

Resta 20 can only be found in these areas on Ult: Forest 2, Cave 3, Mine 2, Ruins 2, Temple Beta, Jungle North, Mountain Area, Seabed Upper Levels.

So, I'd say wander around in those areas as much as possible while looking for rares that interest you. The tech disk settings are the same for all IDs, so you won't have to stick to one char at least.

Just have patience... you'll probably find it either while clearing rooms or after a boss fight (I've found a Deband Lv25 from Vol Opt v2's cache... of course, Vol only dropped a Dimate at that time... heh).

Multi-mode 2+ players

forest1 -> caves3. Rinse and Repeat

I have found almost all of my L20 discs this way (barring G/M) and they seem to occur more frequently at the L20 than playing single

one of the best ways for stuff offline is multiplayer gaming.
More fun and sometimes you do find better items than solo.

Thanks for the help everyone, oh, and sounoumi, I found a lvl 20 resta in caves 1 http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif. I even found a level 21 shifta in caves 1!!! So many tech discs Ive found but never a shifta, nope not a one! I even found 2 megids and 2 grants..... grrrr. Well after school today I will resume my great hunt for a shifta for my ramarl!

If you want lv 15 techs get em in Forest Ult and about the lv 20 techs cave is your friend lol i have 3 or 4 ov every lv 20 spell except for Rafoie I HAVE LV 19 RAFOIE AND I HAVE OVER 1000 GAME HOURS ARG

I've never had any problem finding lvl 25-30 disks except for Grants. I have many lvl 28-30 disks saved up in the bank for future characters, but the highest Grants saved is only lvl 15 or so. Any idea on where to find them?
