It definately looks Photoshopped. Then again, some hacker could have just made his/her self look like Elly. :

The Ep 1 Elly was a FOnewearl NPC.
As for the pic, the person with the Final Impact simply hacked the game so their character uses the Elly skin.

The blurred out names are to protect the players in the picture. Like when a TV show blurs a face. Maybe this Elly is a HUmarl... yeah.

I always thought Elly from Seat of the Heart was a RAnewearl only because she was way different from the other 2 newearls (And hey, you can always hope ^_^; ). In general, NPCs are not influenced by the wep/class restrictions...

its a hack, not photoshopped. its also a veeeery old picture. barubary did a lot pictures like that, rico kissing flowen in the lobby and the like.

But in EP2 it seems she changed into a(nother)
NPC HUnewearl.(Like Red Ring Rico)
And...Elly Is NOT a HUmarl...
The skin for that character (and data) is not on the GC disc(Although strangely enough a HUcaseal is on V2 via hack).At least Im pretty sure it isnt
