anyone can hook it up wit a psycho wand

hi i made a new character he is in lvl 15 but i gave my old mag to him so i can use any strong weapon i got my hands on a sting tip but i really love PSYCHO WAND if u guys can help please ill be very happy thanks for the time

Hey Cheefy, there are allot of nice people out there, but a Psycho Wand doesn't drop out of the sky, it takes a long time to find, and I don't think anyone is just going to hand you one. But I could always be wrong, you may run into someone that doesn't want theirs anymore, but good-luck.
